I am lost. I don't know why. I cannot make myself happy. But why?

Maybe I think too much, Maybe I am not satisfied with my status, both my work and my life. For my work, after more than 4 years of working in the same company, but no promotion. Look at other people around me, they all got their own positions. What is wrong with me? For my life, I am still alone, even though I am not lonely but don't let me wait for too long as I might give up or tired. My best friend at work just got engaged a few days ago. But how about me? There is no  much fun for me now, it seems. Everyday is the same.
