Glow in the Dark

Jul 2nd 2009, 01:14 PM 1 raters

I saw a website that advertised glow in the dark massage oil with the caption 'never loose your lover in the dark again'.

I used to be married to a black woman.
When we were first together she used to complain that she couldn't sleep at night because I made the room to bright.
For my part I used to request she didn't stare at me at night as I found two floating eyes in the dark a bit of a jolt to see when rousing from sleep.

The joys of mixed marriage that you would never know about if you weren't there.

You see how much you get here, people?
Damn, I'm good!
Or I'm not.

it reminds me of Michael Jackson's "Black Or White"

turing. In my 13 year marriage to this woman there a hell of a lot of funny stuff. I think (I hope) that she and I both learned quite a bit about differing cultures.
I remember the first time she went into KFC. She asked for two pieces of hen and fries! Mind you, I made some very similar 'mis-labeling' errors when we lived in Ghana.

so that's a part why you are so positive about life? i mean marriage with this funny woman and having that lovely life, haha~~
    maybe you are right
also the differing cultures " that you would never know about if you weren't there."
i read your posts , it's deep ( sometimes for me , hard to understand, haha)
and with touchy topic (bwt, seems you try to handle it in a humorous way) that may cause troubles for you
One's religion and belief is inviolable for them
but, as Voltaire saif "I (can) disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it. "

    Thanks for your words turing.
I am an atheist and make no bones about it.
However, I was bought up in a 'born again' family and I was a christian for years. In my 'questing for the truth' period of my youth I was also a hindu monk for two years. I have read the bible many times. The koran a couple of times, The book of mormon once and the bhagavad gita a few times plus a lot of the hindu upanishads.
The conclusion I have come to by testing these so called scriptures against reality is that god does not exist.
However, I do believe that every one has the right to believe whatever they wish.

i am a atheist too, and my mother believe in Buddhism. i should say , she's not the kind of crazy about this thing , instead just always has good blessing and hope for things going better, so i never mind of it as long as the belief do no harm to anybody, haha, sometimes it even bring hopes for my mama
