Note:
If you get the following error:
"Can't find ICQ (or one of its components).
Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all of the
required libraries are available."
You may need to install the file mfcce20.dll
in your WindowsCE Windows folder.
Consult your local software vendor for more details.
Note that this problem was reported mainly by
Casio Cassiopeia users that upgraded their
system from Windows CE v1.0 to v2.0.
