Download ICQ® for Pocket PC
Download ICQ for the pocket PC the download file is called ICQ_v1.0_PocketPC.exe or containing the installation file.
Follow these steps to install ICQ:
- Please make sure you have installed the Pocket PC installation tool on your PC.
- Please make sure your pocket PC PDA is connected to its cradle.
- Double Click the ICQ_v1.0_PocketPC.exe file. This will automatically open your installation tool and install ICQ on your Pocket PC PDA.
- When the installation/synchronization process ends, the ICQ icon will appear under the start menu.
- Please make sure your connections settings are configured and your modem is connected to your Pocket PC PDA. If you have Pocket PC 2002 OS version, you can work from the cradle.
- Click on the ICQ icon and follow the instructions provided on the screen.
- Enter your ICQ number and password and click Continue, or register as a new ICQ user.
- After the Pocket PC PDA connects, follow the instructions as shown on the screen to start using ICQ.
