C.S.I.S., the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service, later stole over $1 Million of the laboratory equipment at this facility and all of this was covered up by the R.C.M.P. This information provides only a very brief outline of the actual events that took place, of the true history of the projects and of the people involved, and of the ongoing cover-ups by the governments of Canada and of the United States of America. Years ago, in California, my partner, Mr. Richard Bruce MacFarlane, invented and developed the Particle Beam Laser or MASS AMPLIFIER (MARS Weapon) at the U.S. China Lake Naval Weapons Laboratory. We were close friends and partners. Since that time, I have designed and invented industrial and commercial technology comprising a "THERMAL LASER" based on infrared techniques to generate EM (Electromagnetic) Waves and Radiation. This past year, I invented and designed "TIME", an Advanced Thermal Interferential Molecular Energy Device comprising two Beams at a Differential in Frequencies that coincide on a target and then generate a third interferential wave pattern or frequency (based upon the differential in frequencies of the two incoming EM Waves/Beams), achieving a standing wave pattern which amplifies and permeates throughout a target achieving internal molecular resonance and target disintegration. Unlike a "Laser" or "Particle Beam Weapon" that "punches" a hole through a target in the precise location that it contacts a "target" or mass, the 3rd Interferential Wave Pattern generated by "TIME" internally within a target, e.g., an aircraft carrier or jet aircraft, etc., or even an asteroid (for peaceful applications which will protect the Earth), permeates throughout the complete mass of the target from its point or area of initial contact and beam intersection. This technology is more advanced in some areas than the Russian Intersecting Interference Beam Weapon System that was used in the downing of a number of Commercial Airline Flights (as tests) and, according to two U.N. (United Nations) Advisors I've previously spoken with, in the downing of the U.S. Space Shuttle a number of years ago. Also, according to the two U.N. Advisors, it has already been accessed and acquired by an alliance of the Japanese and Russian Mafias. Regardless, I am only interested in the commercial, industrial and humanitarian technology developments, markets, applications and implementations of the "TIME" Devices and Technology, e.g., for mining and medical applications, etc.. Bob Chapman is a friend of mine who earlier was the Project Engineer for one of the advanced research projects that I established, directed and financed in California, the "Cook Inertial Propulsion System". Test results done at Butler Aviation in the Rye Canyon Research Park near Los Angeles, California, were forwarded by another friend and advisor to our projects, Alan C. Holt, then Co-ordinator, NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas, U.S.A. and research physicist, hyperspace, i.e., hyperfield resonance field physics and advanced propulsion systems, to the Hon. James Baker, White House Chief of Staff, to pass to then U.S. President Reagan prior to his July 4th, 1982 Space Policy Address at Edwards AFB (Air Force Base) after the landing of a U.S. Space Shuttle, which I was invited to intend. This particular prototype, the "Cook Inertial Propulsion System", was machined at A.P.S. Company in Palmdale, California, U.S.A. under the direction of Bob Chapman. Bob earlier worked on the design and testing of the early NASA Hypersonic Research Engine, then worked with J. T. Thorpe Inc. in Los Angeles and with COEN Inc. as Project Engineer at their world-wide headquarters in Woodland Hills, California. At the time we had a fair amount of surveillance by not only the government of the United States of America but also by the Indonesian Secret Police and by the Taiwanese C.I.A. (Central Intelligence Agency), i.e., by Colonel Mark Hsu who was a Director of the Taiwanese C.I.A.. This was like a Hollywood "cloak and dagger" movie to us at the time as we were younger and adventurous! I once read a letter to Bruce from Colonel Hsu expressing interest in his Mark Air Radial System for flatproof bicycle and motor vehicle tires, the first letters forming the acronym for the MARS weapon or Particle Beam Laser. Taiwan had invited and flown Bruce over to Taiwan for discussions about acquiring the technology for the MARS weapon system or Particle Beam Laser for Taiwan. (I had nothing to do with this, I might add.) This type of technology was later announced as a part of then U.S. President Ronald Reagan's Space Policy Address at Edwards AFB (Air Force Base) in California, United States of America, which I attended after the landing of one of the U.S. space shuttles. Edwards is not far from where I used to jog in the Mojave desert just outside of Palmdale, California, as I had established a project at APS company in Palmdale where we built a prototype of an experimental inertial drive system based on the conversion of centrifugal force into linear force and motion (linear momentum). After visiting with him at his home in the valley area just north of Los Angeles, former U.S. astronaut Colonel Gordon Cooper travelled out with me to take a look at the prototype at APS company, which he was quite interested in at the time. Without digressing further, I wanted to mention one of the numerous conversations I had with Bruce MacFarlane in which he told me that the British and American governments became quite interested in the potentials for beam weapons systems after a flock of sea-gulls flew in front of a radar transceiver during WWII and were "fried" from the inside out. Perhaps this introduced an interest in microwave ovens or inspired Colonel Sanders, I don't know! Around the same time the U.S. Navy was involved in developing the technology implemented in the Philadelphia Experiments. A very good friend of one of my close friends, mentors and partners at this time and through the years, retired from the National Intelligence Authority, was the Chief Engineer on the very unique and interesting Philadelphia Experiments. A presentation was earlier made by Bruce's first wife, Blanche, about the benefits of the Particle Beam Laser, i.e., the MARS weapon system, to the U.S. Department of Defense back in 1966! Perhaps you can imagine what has been developed since this time. Bruce also on a number of occasions, as we would walk and talk for hours, described the Flying Saucers developed by the Third Reich during WWII and their capabilities.
