ICQ lets you to send messages from ICQ to cellular phones and receive replies to your ICQ.
Sending an SMS message with ICQ is easy: Just right-click on your friend's name and choose
Start > SMS message. Write your message in the message window and click
Send. If you don't have a phone number set for the friend your sending the SMS to, you'll be asked to enter one when you try to send the message.
