Follow these steps:
1. You can download ICQ from
http://www.icq.com/download/icq.
2. Click the
Download button on the page to start downloading ICQ.
3. When download begins, choose
Save to save the installation file icq7_setup.exe on your computer.
4. When the download is finished, double click the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install ICQ.
