Follow these steps:
1. Find the file is named
icq7_setup.exe on your computer. If you did not,
click here to download it now.
2. Double-click the
icq6_5_setup.exe file to begin the installation process.
Click
Next and follow the installation process to the end.
3. Now that ICQ is installed you can add friends to your Contact List and start chatting.
