I do not have ICQ on my computer. How do I download and register an existing ICQ account?
Follow these steps:
Locate the ICQ installation file and double-click it. If you can't find the installation file, simply download it from http://www.icq.com/download. You can find the ICQ number by searching for it the ICQ People Search.
In the Sign in screen enter your account number and password then click Sign in . If you don't remember your password, click here to try and get a new one.
