How do I send a file through ICQ 6.5?

Follow these steps:

Open a message window and click on the Send File icon. You can also click the Send a file button under the friend's name on your contact list.
In the Select files window browse for the file you want to send. When you find it, click Open; the file will be automatically sent.
Wait for your friend to accept the file. If you want to cancel, click the Cancel link on your message window.
