From the ICQ download page, choose to download ICQ for the Nokia Communicator (can be found under "ICQ Wireless").
Select the Self-Extracting Installation option and save the SIS (Symbian Install File) in your PC (Note that the ZIP contains the SIS file. you should extract it to your PC).
Click the ICQ icon to open the ICQ installation wizard.
