How do I add a Non-ICQ Contact in ICQ 6.5?

Follow these steps:

From the Contacts menu choose Add Contacts.
In the Add Contacts window click the Add him/her as a phone contact or the Add his/hers AOL screen name link.
Now enter your friend's relevant information. When you finish click the Add button.

*You can find the new contact under the SMS Contacts group.
