How do I stop ICQ from automatically starting when I turn on my computer (in ICQ 6.5)?

Follow these steps:

From the Main menu choose Options.
In the Options window, choose the Customization tab which you can found in the left pane. After these click the General option.
In the right pane, in the General area uncheck Open ICQ on startup.
Click OK.
