To use the ICQ
Password Assistance System and get a new ICQ password, you need to set two Questions & Answers.
You can only set Questions & Answers if you enter the
Primary Email address currently in your ICQ details or any
Primary Email address you entered previously.
If you
did not enter an Email address in your ICQ details, if you
do not have access to any such Email address or if it is
no longer valid, you will not be able set Questions & Answers and get a new password.
If
this is the case, we suggest you register a new ICQ account. Here is how:
Click the Windows
Start button ->
Programs ->
ICQ7.
When the Sign in window opens, click "
New? Register here" and follow the instructions.
- If ICQ is not installed on the computer, you can download from
http://www.icq.com/download.
Please note: If you are unable to get a new password using the
Password Assistance System, you will have to
register a new account.
