I sent a video invitation, and got a User cannot run ICQ Video message. What does it mean?
The ICQ Video feature only works with Windows XP Operating System and ICQ 6.5 and 7.
If your friend does not work with Windows XP and/or is not using ICQ 6.5 or 7, you will not be able to have an ICQ video chat with them.
