How do I have ICQ launch on startup (in ICQ 6.5)?

Follow these steps:

From the Main menu choose Options.
In the Options window, choose the Customization tab which you can found in the left pane. After these click the General option.
In the General area check the Open ICQ on startup option which can be found in the right pane.
Click OK.
