ICQ uses your Windows clock settings. You can check your clock settings by double clicking the clock in your system tray. Make sure that the year is correct.
You can also make sure that the country and state in your ICQ profile are correct.
In order to do that, follow these steps:
- Click the Main menu -> Edit my profile.
- Select Contact from the left. Make sure that the country and state are correct.
