An Open Xtra is a web-based application, such as games, gadgets or tools, developed by ICQ users for enriching the IM experience of the ICQ community. ICQ users can easily develop new Open Xtraz using ICQ Open Xtraz API, and then make them available to the entire ICQ community by uploading them to the ICQ Open Xtraz Gallery.
