Follow these steps:
1. Roll the mouse over the place holder for a picture, and select
Upload a picture from the menu.
2. Click the
Choose picture link.
3. In the Open Picture File dialog box, browse to the picture you want to upload, and click
Open.
4. If required, drag or resize the picture, and then click
Save to load the picture into your ICQ window.
