ICQ uses your Windows clock settings. You can check your clock settings by double clicking the clock in your system tray. Make sure that the year is correct.
You can also make sure that the country and state in your ICQ profile are correct.
In order to do that, follow these steps:
- Click the Menu > My Tools > Edit my profile.
- In the My Profile winfow, click Edit Profile.
- In the Edit Profile winfow, make sure that the country and state are correct.
