ICQ does not allow users not on your contact list users to view your ICQ status from the Web.
However, if you would like users searching for you in the ICQ Web directories or adding you as a contact to be able to see if you are online, follow these steps:
- Click Menu > My tools > Settings.
- In the Settings window, click Privacy in the Advanced list on the left.
- In the right pane, select the required options and click OK.
