How do I start a ICQ Video Chat in ICQ 7?
Follow these steps:
1. Right-click the name of the friend you want to start an ICQ video chat with, and select Start > Video Call.
Note: By default, the video session opens in a separate window.
Your friend has to accept the invitation for the video session to begin.
2. Once your invitation has been accepted, the video session can begin.
You can also start a video chat by clicking the Start a video chat button in the message window.
