How do I start an ICQ Voice Chat in ICQ 7?
Follow these steps:
1. Right-click the name of the friend you want to start an ICQ video chat with, and select Start > Voice Call.
Note: By default, the voice session opens in a separate window.
Your friend has to accept the invitation for the voice session to begin.
2. Once your invitation has been accepted, the voice call can begin.
You can also start a voice chat by clicking the Start an audio chat button in the message window.
