How do I add a Non-ICQ Contact in ICQ 7?

Follow these steps:

In the Contact list tab, click the Add contact or group icon, and select Add Contact, or press F5 on your keyboard.
In the Add Contacts window, from the Select contact type list, select Phone Contact or AIM.
Now enter your friend's relevant information. When you finish, click the Add button.

*You can find the new contact under the SMS Contacts group.
