The are two ways in which you may initiate a PC-to-PC call using ICQphone, either through the User Menu
(call a user on your Contact List) or through services menu. You can use PC-to-PC calls with ICQ users on
your Contact List (not available for users who are under the Non ICQ Contact section).
Note:You do not need an ICQ phone account to make a PC-to-PC call.
A microphone/headphones and a sound card are required to make a call.

PC-to-PC Call using ICQphone
Click on a user name in your Contact List. Select ICQphone in the user menu > Send PC-to-PC Call.

Send call request
In the Send Online PC-to-PC Call Request dialog enter a reason for your call (optional). Click the Send button.
Note that sending a PC-to-PC call request will enable the recipient to view your IP address.

Begin chatting
Once the recipient has accepted your call request, the ICQphone program will launch and you can begin speaking.
If the recipient does not have ICQphone installed, you will be notified. If this is the case you can recommend the user
to download ICQ 2000b.
