ICQ Help Center - PC-to-Phone call using ICQphone

The are two ways in which you may initiate a PC-to-Phone call using ICQphone, either through the User Menu (call a user on your Contact List) or through Services menu. You need to register for an ICQphone account before calling. See also PC-to-PC calls with ICQ. Note: A microphone/headphones and a sound card are required to make a call.
	Initiate a PC-to-Phone Call Click on a user name in your Contact List. Select ICQphone in the events menu > Launch ICQphone Client.

	Select ICQphone Select ICQphone in the user menu > Launch ICQphone client. Note: If you are calling a number in the USA dial 1 before the number. To call any other phone number dial 011 before the number you wish to call.

	Begin speaking In the ICQphone dialog enter the phone number of the person you want to call and press Call. Find out about different tariffs and country codes.
