Now, for the first time ever, you can call your ICQ friends from a regular telephone directly to their computer screen, using ICQphone! First you need to create an ICQphone account. Please note that this service is currently available only if you are calling from one of the following countries: Brazil, Canada,China, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States.
	Dial your ICQphone Local Access Number Dial the Local Access Number of the country you are calling from. Find out about different tariffs and country codes.

	Activate your ICQphone account Once you enter the ICQphone service, follow the voice instructions and enter your ICQphone account number (usually your ICQ#) and your PIN (Personal Identification Number). Note: your PIN is the key to access you ICQphone account. Don't confuse it with your ICQ password.

	Dial your friend's ICQ# Once you have accessed your ICQphone account your will be asked whether you wish "to call someone at a phone press 1" or "to call someone at a PC press 2". Press 2 to call someone at a PC. Dial your friend's ICQ#. Your friend will receive your call directly to his/her computer screen.
