Different modes to use ICQ
ICQ provides two modes for your use, Public
(Public Computer)
and Private (My Computer).
Public mode is for ICQ on computers that are used by many people,
for example, in Internet cafes. Private mode is for ICQ on computers
that are typically used by only a few users.
When you register ICQ for the first time, you have the option of choosing
your usage mode. However, changing the mode requires that you reinstall
ICQ.
