 Connection Status

When using the Simple Mode, ICQ gives you the choice to be Online or Offline. That is either connect to the ICQ server, or disconnect from it.

 Switching to Advanced Features Mode

Now that you know all about using ICQ in simple mode, it's time to learn to get all you can from ICQ. Here are some ways to switch to Advanced Features Mode:
  • You can click on the To Advanced Mode button.
  • You can:
    1. Click the ICQ Menu button
    2. Select Advanced Features.
  • Or,
    1. Click on a user name to open the event menu
    2. Select Advanced Features
  • Or click to open the System Menu and select Advanced Features.
Once you you select it, the following window will appear:

Click on Switch to Advanced Mode.
