The Contact List |
The Contact List presents the ICQ users you want to be in contact with, and therefor added them to your list, first listing the ones online, and then those who are offline.
You can identify the status of each contact by the icon next to the contact's nickname. |

Adding Users |
Once ICQ is up and running you can add friends, associates and other ICQ users to your Contact List. Click on the Add Users button to launch the following dialog: |
You can search for ICQ users by:
- Email - Search for an ICQ user by his / hers Email.
- Nickname, First name, Last name - Enter any of the fields to search for users according to these parameters.
- ICQ number - If you know the user's ICQ#, use this field to search for him / her.
In the More section you have the following options: finding a random chat partner and inviting a
friend to join ICQ.
