The screenshots provided herein ("Screenshots") are the property of ICQ, LLC. ("ICQ"). ICQ® and the Flower Logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of ICQ in the USA and/or other countries worldwide ("Trademarks"). By installing, posting or using the Screenshots and/or Trademarks you consent to be bound by these Terms of Use for ICQ Screenshots and Trademarks. If you do not agree to such terms do not use the Screenshots and Trademarks.

1. You hereby acknowledge and agree that ICQ is the owner of the Screenshots and Trademarks and any other trademarks, trademark applications and/or registrations thereof and you will do nothing inconsistent with such ownership.
2. The Screenshots and Trademarks may only be used for editorial purposes in newspapers, news magazines, web pages, documentations or trade publications and broadcast media and in articles specifically about ICQ.
3. The Trademarks and Screenshots shall not be used in a manner disparaging to ICQ.
4. You may only use the Trademarks as provided by ICQ in this ICQ Online Press Kit with no alterations, including, but not limited to change, modification or removal of color, proportion, design, artwork or trademark, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, or symbols.
5. You shall not modify or alter the Screenshots in any manner without prior written approval of ICQ, except that you may resize the Screenshots as a whole to fit your needs.
6. In any use of the Trademarks, all symbols and notices must be displayed clearly and sufficiently indicating the trademark status (whether trademark^TM or registered trademark ®) and ownership of the Trademarks by ICQ in accordance with applicable trademark law and practice.
7. You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to the use of the Trademarks.
8. In any use of the Screenshots, you shall display a copyright sign "© 2003 by ICQ, LLC." or other notices as may be required by ICQ.
9. The Screenshots must not be the most prominent element in your article.
10. The Screenshots and Trademarks shall not be used in any manner that would falsely convey sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the content of your article or publication by ICQ.
11. You agree not to use the Trademarks and Screenshots on or in connection with any products or services that are or could be deemed by ICQ, in its reasonable judgment, to be obscene, pornographic, disparaging of ICQ or its products, or otherwise in poor taste, or that are themselves unlawful or whose purpose is to encourage unlawful activities by others. All use of the Trademarks and Screenshots shall inure to the benefit of ICQ.
12. You may not redistribute the Trademarks and Screenshots or make them available online for others to download or copy.
13. Nothing in these Terms of Use for ICQ Screenshots and Trademarks grants you any right, title or interest in or to the Trademarks or Scrennshots other than the right to use the Trademarks and Screenshots as provided herein.
