Please do not send to ICQ any confidential, secret or proprietary information and material, or any other material the transmission of which would violate copyright or other laws. By submitting or sending any information, documents or other material ("Material") to ICQ you (a) declare such Material is not confidential, secret or proprietary information belonging to someone else; and (b) warrant that no other party has rights to the Material and that your transmission of the Material to ICQ does not violate any copyright or other laws; and (c) irrevocably grant ICQ all rights to the Material, including but not limited to, the right to reproduce, distribute, display and public perform the Material.
