You can get new ICQ Groups Panel from within your ICQ Group - just follow the steps below:

1. Login to ICQ Groups at http://groups.icq.com/

2. Enter your existing groups, or browse topics to join or create a new group of your interest.

3. Within your group, go into the Promote Your Group tab.

4. Copy the ICQ Groups Panel code and paste it in the html code of your site.
