Terms of Use for ICQ Graphics and Trademarks

The images, illustrations and graphics provided herein ("Graphics") are the property of ICQ Inc.
ICQ and the Flower logo are trademarks of ICQ Inc. ("Trademarks").
By installing, posting or using the Graphics and Trademarks you herby consent to be bound by these Terms
of Use for ICQ Graphics and Trademarks, the ICQ Tools Notices as well as by the ICQ Terms of Service
available on or through
www.icq.com/legal/. If you do not agree do not install, post or use the Graphics and Trademarks.
Proprietary Rights
You hereby acknowledge and agree that (i) ICQ Inc. is the owner of the Trademarks and any other trademarks,
any trademark applications and/or registrations thereto; (ii) All title and intellectual property rights
to the Graphics are the property of ICQ Inc. (iii) you will do nothing inconsistent with such ownership,
and (iv) all use of the Graphics or the Trademarks shall inure to the benefit of ICQ Inc.
Nothing herein grants you any right, title or interest in or to the Graphics and Trademarks other than
the right to use the Graphics and the Trademarks in accordance with these Terms of Use for ICQ Graphics and Trademarks.
License
Limited use of the Graphics and Trademarks may be made on a Web site for non-commercial purposes only,
provided that the Web site in which they are being used is related to ICQ, and that they are used in a way
that a common user will be aware that neither the site nor its content is authorized, endorsed or sponsored by ICQ Inc.
ICQ Inc. may terminate this license to any user or any number thereof, and change, limit or cease to provide any or
all of the Graphics and Trademarks at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason at ICQ Inc.'s sole discretion.
Use of the Graphics and Trademarks
(a) You hereby agree not to create a unitary composite mark involving a Trademark or Graphic without the prior
written approval of ICQ Inc.
(b) In any use of the Trademarks, you shall display the applicable symbols and notices clearly and sufficiently
indicating the trademark status and ownership of the Trademarks by ICQ Inc.
in accordance with applicable trademark law and practice.
(c) In any use of the Graphics, you shall display a copyright sign © by ICQ Inc. or other notices as may be
required by ICQ Inc.
(d) You hereby agree that you shall not use the Trademarks or Graphics on or in connection with any site or
service that are or could be deemed by ICQ Inc., in its reasonable judgment, to be obscene, pornographic,
disparaging of ICQ Inc. or its products, or otherwise in poor taste, or that are themselves unlawful or
whose purpose is to encourage unlawful activities by others.
(e) You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government
approvals pertaining to use of the Trademarks.
