I already have ICQ on my computer, how do I open a new account?
- If ICQ is open, from Menu select Sign Out.
- If ICQ is closed, click the Windows Start button in the taskbar.
- Select Programs and choose ICQ7.

In the Sign in window, click the New? Register here link.
- Follow the registration process and click Done when finished.
