To bring up your contact list, double-click on the ICQ icon in the taskbar next to the clock.

To customize how your contact list is displayed, click "Menu" — "Contact list settings". 

Check the desired options:

• Show online contacts only — the list will only include contacts that are currently online;
• Separate into groups —  the entire contact list will be split into groups you've created;
• Separate into accounts — contacts will be split by account;
• Show photo — avatars will be displayed next to contacts;

You can also configure your contacts to be sorted how you want — alphabetically, by their status, or by the latest conversation.

All other changes to how your contact list is displayed are made in the ICQ application settings on the "Contact list" tab.
