Buzz a contact
If your conversation partner hasn't replied for a while, you can remind him or her that you're waiting with the "buzz" feature. When you click the 
"Buzz" button, the conversation window of the person you're talking to will begin to shake and there will be a shrill sound. This will be sure to remind your conversation partner about your unfinished conversation.
Note that you can only "buzz" a contact when they are online.
