Adding a Contact

1. After you log in to ICQ for Mobile click Options > Add > ICQ contact.
2. In the window that opens there is a search box where you enter your contact’s name or ICQ ID. 
3. When the contact appears in the search results you can add them to your list.

Deleting / Blocking a Contact

1. Point to the contact’s details in your contact list and click Options > Contact.
2. In the sub-menu which opens delete or block the contact. 

You can also see your chatting history with the contact, see their profile or chat with them.
