HOW I GOT RUMOR LETTERS FROM 20+ TO UNDER 3 A WEEK !
|
|
"It's really simple. 80% of most letters people get are from people on their list. So you send a message like this: "Please don't send me rumors... If you read the ICQ page, you'd see it wasn't true. ICQ only sends messages through the system." Usually that works. The second time that person sends it to you, you say something a little stronger like, "Hey, what are you, some kind of idiot? I told you about sending me rumors!" Usually that works. After that, you take to insulting family members and deceased relatives until finally you threaten to block them from the list and you do. If everyone did this, the rumors would only circulate mainly among the idiots and gullible and you could enjoy ICQ without those unwelcome intrusions." - EDO
