The ICQ drop down menu offers you various options: a direct access to ICQ homepage, the option to clear your search history and also easy access to the ICQ Help Center . You can choose your preferences in Options or learn more About the ICQ toolbar.

The Search box displays your recent searched words available from the drop down menu.

Search options: Google Search, ICQ Search and People Search - the ICQ People Search which helps you to find old friends according to specific details or make new friends who share the same interests as you.

The Block Popup feature prevents invasive popup ads to appear on your screen and interrupt your current work session on your computer. You can enable or disable this feature by simply clicking on it.

Click on the Zoom In icon and enlarge the page view. Every time you click it, the content of the browsed page will get larger. This feature enables you to have a better and closer look at your search results.

Click on the Zoom Out icon and reduce the page zoom. Every time you click it, the content of the browsed page will get smaller and more distanced. This feature enables you to capture the overall picture your search results.

When typing the search request, the Highlight icon will automatically switch on. It will highlight the search words on the search results page displayed. Next to it there is the icon displaying the search word/s. Each time you click it, you will find its next occurrence on the results page.

You can send the URL of the page you are visiting via ICQ by clicking the URL icon. This will open your ICQ Contact List enabling you to select the contacts you wish to send the URL to.

While browsing the net, if you come across a word that you wish to find out more about - you can! Simply highlight the word and right click it. From the menu choose ICQ Toolbar Search. The page will display the results of the search.
